Extant Components Group and its subsidiaries are engaged in the development, manufacture and support of complex electronics systems and components used in various military and commercial aerospace applications.

A primary strategic focus of Extant is supporting Original Equipment Manufacturers and their customers with product licensing and lifecycle extension services for mature, non-core avionics and electronics systems and components.

Our licensing programs provide a high quality solution to the challenges that often accompany the continuing aftermarket support of these systems and components and enable OEMs to focus their resources on current products and new product research and development. Extant's licensing model can also provide initial cash consideration for the purchase of related inventory and assets, as well as an ongoing royalty income stream for products manufactured and sold post-license and transition.
